Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

All items will be packaged appropriately to avoid damage. In some cases you will be able to choose to have your items tracked to provide additional security.

If goods are not available immediately for shipping for any reason we will contact you within 48 hours to discuss options re the product ordered including a credit or refund based on how original payment was made.

Charges for postage are included in the price. All items will be shipped via Australia Post standard postal services.

Returns Policy

Should the items sent to you not match the descriptions provided on this site, you may return such items as long as the returned items are:

1. Received by NTM in the original packaging, and in their original state.

2. Received by NTM within 30 days of the original dispatch date from NTM.
